Read the Room: The Guide Every Pilates Instructor Wishes They Had Sooner

Certification teaches you the exercises — but not what to do when a client walks in stressed, distracted, or moving differently than last week. Read the Room fills that gap, giving instructors a practical framework for reading clients’ bodies and energy in real time and adapting sessions on the spot. Whether you’re brand new to teaching or years into your career, this guide will sharpen the instinct that separates good instructors from great ones.
